Rewards Wallet

Privacy for an invite-only rewards wallet, not a public marketplace.

Rewards Wallet is designed for approved customer accounts. This page explains the kinds of information used to run sign-in, loyalty balances, redemption requests, and customer notifications inside that private program.

At a glance

Customer access is invite-only and tied to an approved account.

Admin functions and protected program settings remain on the web console, not in the mobile app.

Push notifications are optional and depend on device permission plus token registration.

Information we use

The platform only uses information needed to operate customer access, rewards, redemptions, and account communication.

Account details such as name, email address, sign-in identifiers, and loyalty-program preferences needed to run the wallet.
Authentication and security data such as password hashes, session records, and access-state history for invite-only customer sign-in.
Loyalty data such as balances, redemptions, rewards configuration, and account activity history.
Device and delivery data such as push-notification tokens, platform type, and notification-delivery status when notifications are enabled.
Operational records such as support, audit, and security logs needed to protect the service and investigate account issues.

Information sources

Loyalty account context can come from your direct relationship with the program that provisioned your access, plus synced operational records needed to keep rewards accurate.

Some account and reward context may be mirrored from connected operational systems so balances and activity can be displayed correctly.

Password credentials are stored as hashes, not plaintext.

Push tokens are only stored after you grant notification permission on a supported device.

How we use it

Authenticate approved customers and keep unauthorized users out of customer and admin surfaces.

Display balances, activity, redemption options, and account context inside the rewards wallet.

Process redemption requests, apply program rules, and maintain the internal loyalty ledger.

Send optional service and promotional notifications to registered customer devices.

Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the loyalty program and its connected workflows.

Sharing and retention

We keep the data flow narrow and operational.

We use infrastructure and service providers needed to host the platform, deliver push notifications, and support account operations.

We may use connected operational-system data where that information is required to calculate rewards and keep wallet activity accurate.

We do not describe this app as a public shopping or checkout experience. It is an invite-only rewards tool for approved customers.

Records may be retained as long as reasonably needed for active account management, rewards operations, security review, auditability, and ordinary business recordkeeping.

Questions or requests

Because this is a private program, support and privacy questions are handled directly through the team that manages your account.
